1 General Terms

3 Age & Eligibility

7 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to participation in Sports Betting, Live Casino, and all other games on the Babu Bat platform.

• Once confirmed, all bets are final and cannot be cancelled unless voided by Babu Bat.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Babu Bat reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• Match fixing or placing bets through any fraudulent means will result in account termination.
• Arbitrage betting — placing opposing bets on the same event to gain an artificial advantage — is prohibited.
• Babu Bat is not liable for any losses incurred due to internet connectivity issues during live games.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts may vary by game.

For Sports Betting, the official results issued by the relevant sports authority are considered final. In the event of any dispute, Babu Bat's decision shall be final.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Babu Bat platform. Violations may result in account termination and legal action:

• Registering using a false identity or someone else's information.

9 Account Closure

An account can be closed by either you or Babu Bat.

If you wish to close your account yourself:

Babu Bat may suspend or close an account if:

• A violation of the Terms & Conditions has occurred.

Any valid balance will be returned upon account closure; however, bonus-related funds may be forfeited.
